Ms. Randolph is a former Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Subsection on Franchising and a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. Ms. Randolph has written for "Franchise Times" magazine and has presented at many conferences and meetings, including the Orange County, California Bar Association Business Section, The Franchising in Latin America Conference, The International Franchise Association Convention, and The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Small Business Administration Seminar.
Ms. Randolph's experience includes acting as in-house counsel to two international franchise companies, and working as a member of Dorsey & Whitney, LLP's International Franchise Practice Group. She graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and is licensed to practice in Colorado. |
